Machine Learning Engineer
Salary: CAD $90,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for construction site monitoring applications.
- Develop computer vision models for PPE detection, worker identification, hazard recognition, and site activity analysis.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for real-time deployment.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
- Monitor model performance and recommend enhancements based on operational feedback.
- Document methodologies, experiments, and technical findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or AI development.
- Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with image processing, object detection, and deep learning techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

MLOps Engineer
Salary: CAD $95,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain machine learning deployment pipelines and production environments.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models to ensure high availability and low-latency performance.
- Develop automated workflows for model testing, validation, versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as required to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and software developers to streamline model deployment processes.
- Ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency of AI infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or machine learning deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle management and monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and system optimization skills.
